Our Group Offerings

We have a range of sites on our 626-acre property, and are happy to work with you to find the space that best suits the needs for your group. Please review the options below before selecting the site(s) you would like to receive further information for:

Little River House Conference Room
Available Year Round

This indoor space is located on the first floor of our farmhouse offices. The room fits up to twenty people and includes a large conference table, chairs, a projector screen, and a kitchenette. This space works well for company meetings and is available for day- or half-day rentals.

Little River Tent
Available May-October

A seasonal offering, our Little River event tent is located outside the farmhouse on the central part of our campus. The space fits up to 100 people and includes picnic tables and access to electricity. Use grassy areas for games and conveniently explore the barnyard, forest, and coastline. Available on weekends only in July & August. Option to pair with conference room for access to indoor space and use of kitchenette.

Oceanfront Field
Available May-October

Our oceanfront field offers a picturesque site for your company's staff party or mid-summer celebration. The beautiful setting hosts up to 150 people and an area for up to 75 cars in an adjacent parking area. While additional tent and equipment rentals are required, there is access to a potable water hookup and we can offer a list of vendors we've worked with in the past. Available for a Friday-Sunday rental period only.

Group Campsite *For Overnight Groups
Available May-October

Beyond our award-winning campground lies "Quiet Cove", a private walk-in group campsite on the edge of a tidal estuary. The area includes six campsites, an outhouse, and a centralized fire pit with benches for group gatherings.
